No one bothered to verify if the buyers down payment was received via a wire transfer or verify if a cashier's check was going to be received. It made the whole closing a bad experience, especially for the new owner. No conversation or question happen, no exchanging of keys, no pictures. After being away from work for over two hours I had to leave. I left the sparkling wine, socks, and cups I was so upset at the situation. Such a simple oversite to cause such a big problem.
