I understand that time is of essence to this type of appointment based business. So is it to the customers. For a long period of time I’ve been patronizing this place and there was a situation in the past that they did not handle correctly. Today 9/10/25, I had an appointment with my therapist, I drive about 40 mins to go there and while I was about 5 mins away I got a call stating that they over booked me accidentally. No recourse on anything , just a simple SORRY. Why should I continue to patronize your place?

I was visiting AZ for the first time this past weekend and wanted a massage while on vacation and I found out about this company through social media. I booked an appt with Nam based on reviews. This was the best massage I've ever had and 1st Thai/Swedish massage. She applied the right amount of pressure and stretched me so good and I agreed for her to walk on my back (1st time) and it was amazing. Randy checked me in and he was very friendly and personable. Wonderful place! Highly recommend, very professional and care about the customers needs. I have had double hip surgery and Joanne was very delicate in movements to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. Will be a repeat customer.

It wasn't as good as the first few times. It really depends who you get. I think the massage therapists have changed over the past year. The male therapists massage was painful and uncomfortable and my wife thought her massage was too soft. We both chose medium pressure.
