last time I came in waited 10 minutes at the desk. finally someone came up asked me one question then decided to answer the phone. Instead of placing them on hold (since I was there first) the receptionist decided to have a long call. I walked out because clearly my business wasn't wanted. It's pretty good depending on who you get. However, it's not necessary to loudly ask me how much I'm tipping. Just turn the screen around.
