I went here for a walk in my hair was fully blow dried ,and i called the shop 2 days prior to this and asked how much they were charging for 4 stiched criss cross briads on my natural hair and the lady told me $40 when i went there it looked nothing like the videos or pictures it was dusty in the front and it was a man just sitting there on his phone he told me to go to the back where i saw all the braiders they acted like they didnt know what to do and had to call rose Im guessing this is the founder overall its overly hype... read more

Well, on the website it says after 7pm it is a $50 dollar fee I did not read after 6pm. Also I waited for over an hour for just this conversation to transpire. Once it was through, the total for this style was $465 (estimated) without the $50 fee. Completely not worth it especially since they’re pretty much passive aggressive 😂. The man who helped me was pretty nice so, I apologize for just walking out without a word. If you need something last minute.. sure come here if you’re willing to pay the price they have to offer☺️.

I’m happy with the way my hair turned out, I just wish I had a better experience. I found the shop on Tik Tok and was excited to come to the salon. The process was a bit unorganized, in the course of 11 hours I had multiple people working on my hair and it still took longer than when one person is working on my hair. I had one Braider start the braids in the back, walk away with them unfinished only for a couple more women to start more braids.
