On the recommendation of a friend we called Authentic Services on a Friday afternoon when my water heater died. Sean was here first thing Saturday morning to replace it and had the hot water flowing within a couple hours. I would 100% recommend Authentic Services LLC for any plumbing need.
Great small business contractor in the area. The price was well below comparable big company contractors. They are very attentive, great communication, great work and pay less. Don't make a mistake and use someone else.
Came by to install a garbage disposal. Entire experience was flawless, and they sold me the disposal which was of high quality and works great. Terrific and very friendly service. Will be contacting them in the future for all plumbing needs!
Authentic Services' quality of service and professionalism is why I've used them on several occasions. First was to repair a bath tub drain that had damaged our living room ceiling, then to replace an old water heater and then to repair a chimney flue. We are pleased with their work.
