Watched Triple D on Food Network and they highlighted Salvadorian pupusas, was intrigued by them so I googled where in Yuba City could I get some and this restaurant came up. Reviews seemed good so my spouse and I tried them out yesterday for lunch. As noted in other reviews, the food court at the mall is not where most would go for great food! 🤣. The food was excellent. It was hot and fresh, to the point where I had to shred it a little bit and let it cool down. We had birria papusas and parm garlic fries. Super tasty.
Mall food courts don't usually hit at the top of the list usually. But this place was great. The staff was super friendly and the food was made fresh and hot. The strawberry milk was great. The platanos were do good as well as the garlic fries. The papusas of course were excellent too. Two thumbs up.
The papusas are amazing!!!!! This is one of my go to DoorDash orders. Never disappoints.
