Great service from Kenneth. He responded faster then expected and did a very professional job which was so appreciated. My faulty tap was replaced and all was cleaned up perfectly. Price was very reasonable given it was a long weekend. We will happily have him back to fix our other plumbing needs! Thank so much.
We were fortunate enough to have Authentic to our home to unplug our toilet, he came almost right away and fixed it. Then went above and beyond to fix the flusher button on the toilet. Thank you for taking care of us so thoroughly! Highly recommend!

Our hot water heater quit working while my husband was out of town and I was at work which is an hour away from home. Ken went out of his way to come over right away to deal with it so my son and I had hot water by the time I came home from work. He also gave us a great deal on a new one and has been extremely accommodating with our crazy schedule! Always super nice and just amazing customer service. He really went above and beyond!! Thanks so so much Ken!
