He arrived on time, brought a fantastic apprentice, and worked with a calm confidence that only comes from true experience. Ken hummed as he worked, making the atmosphere pleasant, and didn’t leave until everything was running perfectly. Outstanding service.

Great service from Kenneth. He responded faster then expected and did a very professional job which was so appreciated. My faulty tap was replaced and all was cleaned up perfectly. Price was very reasonable given it was a long weekend. We will happily have him back to fix our other plumbing needs! Thank so much.
We were fortunate enough to have Authentic to our home to unplug our toilet, he came almost right away and fixed it. Then went above and beyond to fix the flusher button on the toilet. Thank you for taking care of us so thoroughly! Highly recommend!
