ken is awesome! quick to response. did a really good job with our clogged kitchen sink.
Our hot water heater quit working while my husband was out of town and I was at work which is an hour away from home. Ken went out of his way to come over right away to deal with it so my son and I had hot water by the time I came home from work. He also gave us a great deal on a new one and has been extremely accommodating with our crazy schedule! Always super nice and just amazing customer service. He really went above and beyond!! Thanks so so much Ken!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Kenneth at Authentic Plumbing and Heating! I called Kenneth with a concern with my furnace this morning, he gave me an ETA when he would be by (on Easter Weekend) showed up exactly on time, fixed the issue right away and took the time to show us a few extra things to look out for! If you don’t have a regular person to call when anything plumbing and heating related breaks down… Kenneth is the guy you call from now on!! Absolutely thrilled with his service, 10/5 stars.
