I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful facility! The ladies that I dealt with were very friendly, caring and drop dead gorgeous! I will definitely go back for future procedures.
Dr. Pawel Stachowich is the most amazing surgeon I know and will ever know. He has a huge heart and cares for each patient like know other would. He listens to your needs, and knows exactly how to help you. When anxiety creeps up before surgery all it takes is a phone call from Dr. S to talk you down and make you laugh. I started my "B" cancer journey in 2011 & revisited it in 2013 with a mastectomy completion-followed by chemo. Hearing the words - you have br cancer is scary! You have many concerns and questions. I have worked in the medical field for 40 years. I have never met/heard of a more caring & compassionate physician than Dr Stachowicz. On top of that he is an amazing plastic surgeon! After numerous consultations with surgeons in the Minneapolis area, my search was over after meeting with Dr. Stachowicz. In my experience, a patient is given a small window in which to interact with a doctor and is then directed back to the nurse or assistants. Not so with Dr. Stachowicz. He took time to listen, was thorough in explaining my options and made himself accessible throughout the entire process. No jumping through hoops and having calls screened by a line of nurses. Dr. Stachowicz is by far the best doctor I have met. He truly cares about his patients. He was very quick responding to questions/concerns I had before and after my surgery and really appreciated that I could contact him directly and not have to go through a receptionist.
Dr. Stachowicz has been an exceptional ally throughout my b. cancer journey. I had the unfortunate news of b. cancer at age 36 and saw several reconstructive surgeons for opinions on what approach to take after my bilateral mastectomy. Dr. Stachowicz was the third surgeon that I saw and I immediately felt comfortable and reassured that he would stick by my side from the first surgery throughout the second, third, fourth phases of reconstruction.
