Very professional and i highly recommend.
Not very happy, in June 2024 I paid over $200 for them to replace my wire and since then the wire has come loose just over a year later and instead of being covered under some warranty it's gonna be $125? I feel like it's not common to need a repair every year as my last wire from before I moved lasted me 4 years. I do not agree with this policy.
I am very satisfied with the orthodontist who is treating my daughter. The team is professional, friendly, and always makes her feel comfortable. We can already see great results, and the whole process has been smooth and well explained. I highly recommend this clinic!
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, Mia, at this orthodontic office. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a balance owing, and instead of handling it respectfully, she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. On top of that, I was clearly on the phone when she kept calling me up, which felt inconsiderate and unnecessary. It made me feel uncomfortable as a patient, and I expected a much friendlier and more professional interaction from the front desk staff.
The staff are very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable.
