10/10, would absolutely use authentic again. We had 13 windows and 2 doors replaced, and i have literally zero complaints. Dan was responsive and great to deal with, they showed up when they said they would, the work is well done (I particularly appreciate how much time was spent on final details like millwork and caulking), the price was reasonable, and above all their crew were great guys (polite, respectful, professional), particularly their foreman Chris who gets a special mention. Very happy i used them.

The service “Authentic installations”provided was 10 out of 10!! The manager Dan was very diligent explaining the process of installation and scheduling. The team was every day in time. Team lead was explaining the work to be done. After the installation the quality control was done and questions were answered. One small issue was noticed, but fixed immediately to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again with my second project. David Adamian

We had our 40 year old windows replaced this summer by Authentic Installations. Chris, Chad and the rest of the team did an amazing job. They were hard working, tidy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend Authentic Installations. Thank you to the Authentic Team!
