Lots of good nice people but some disappointments. We did an interior refresh on our Cabin at Katepwa. The good is our cabin looks great and modernized. The bad was quality of work and attention to detail. Dismissive of feedback and requests for corrections to details before it was too late then became an irritant later. Paid in full when some details needed to be addressed. In hindsight should have held back a couple percent until everything was completed. Overall observation new builds maybe are better results. That started with a conversation with the great people at Robinson Design. They referred us to a couple of builders, and we decided to work with the team at Authentic.
