This was by far the best massage I’ve had in years. Vanessa has incredibly skilled hands and such a warm, welcoming energy. She made me feel completely comfortable, especially since it was my first session with her. She even put me to sleep—which has only happened once before! I can't recommend Vanessa's knowledge and expertise enough. I've been coming to Authentic Bodywork for over a year. I've seen significant improvement in persistent muscle tightness and pain since coming here regularly. I tried multiple other masseuses in the area, and she is by FAR the best.
Being someone who is very active, my body was extremely tight as it had been way too long since I last had a massage. After seeing all the positive reviews, I had to go see for myself - and let me tell you, Vanessa did not disappoint. She has a gift for touch, intuitively bringing healthier mobility and blood flow to the body. Since then I’ve been a repeat customer and will make visiting her a regular part of my regimen.
Authentic Bodywork w/Vanessa offers an amazing catered massage experience. Been using her services for over 3 years, and never been disappointed. I would recommend the 1.5 hour session vs the 1 hour because she takes her time to make sure your entire body is right. Hands Down best Masseuse in Sacramento!
