A big shout out and sincere thanks go out to Steve and Mark for the repair of my 18 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did an outstanding job, attending to every detail. Mark communicated regularly on the status of my repair which turned out to be more entailed than we originally thought. They went above and beyond, handling my insurance and rental companies. My workhorse of a "luxury" car unfortunately experienced an animal strike recently which resulted in some minor damage to its front bumper. I happened to meet owner Steve Proia at an event and decided to give his business a try. The experience far exceeded my expectations! Marc and the entire team took great care of me and my car, which was returned to me looking like new! The level of customer service was beyond belief, an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10!!
