I’m a critical reviewer, I notice all things as a consumer and experience decides whether I return or not. Authentic took care of my daughters car many years ago. Leaving me with the knowledge that when I crashed my own car, it needed to be picked up immediately and brought to Authentic. This auto body is absolutely amazing, the entire staff is truly top notch in every aspect! I had a collision claim, and from the moment they answered my call, got me in immediately, inspected the car thoroughly and guided me every step of the way in how to proceed. We had our car detailed by Authentic Auto Body and the crew did a fantastic job! We could not believe the after. It looks like we just bought a brand new car. Huge shout out to Steve Proia and his team over at Authentic Autobody. Everyone there is professional and easy to work with. I had some minor damage to my truck, I brought it to him and he got my truck back to brand new. Thank you so much for all your hard work and going above and beyond to restore my truck.
Unfortunately, my vehicle ended up being a total loss but I am so glad I had it towed here for service. The owner was impeccable about keeping me updated on the entire process. Although they did not work on the car, I could not have been happier with the end result. Thanks again for everything!

By far one of the best experiences by an auto body shop I’ve had. Keep in constant communication with me about repairs. Treated me like family. They were also willing to do what they could to help me out with what ever I needed while my car was in the shop. Got my car back in better condition then when I bought it. Outstanding work!!!!!!
