I contacted Authentic Additions to get a repair completed to some newly installed cornicing. The original installers had not aligned the corners and there was a very obvious misalignment. After having them come out three times to fix it to no avail, I contacted Authentic Additions and they were able to repair it with no issues in a matter of minutes. Fantastic products and incredible company to deal with from start to finish. Bought a few different styles of ceiling rose, very happy with the products and great advice about how to install them. Diane and her team were super helpful to accommodate prompt pickup and sorted out a ceiling rose that was damaged right away. Very excited to buy from you again!
So glad I came across Authentic Additions cornice mouldings. Have had an annoying crack between the cornice and wall in our ensuite for about ten years. Nothing major, just annoying. No matter what I tried it always re-appeared after a few months. I recently stumbled across AA. Their website was very encouraging so I contacted them for more information. I wanted to give our bedroom a more luxurious finish and the application of Authentic Addition's decorative cornice has definitely done that. The finished look exceeded our expectations.
