Leslie is an amazing trainer and human being. Her classes are fun, challenging and designed for what our body needs incorporating strength and aerobic. She was very attentive to form and provided modifications. There wasn't anything I felt I couldn't do. She is the best in town and I highly recommend every woman attend her class!
The owner is seriously the nicest woman ever. We were just spending a few hours at Mystic and I really liked a romper amongst other things and didn’t want to try it on Since I was so short on time. Leslie told me take my card and mail it back if it doesn’t fit. Just that level of customer service promoted me to buy more from her and want to write this review I definitely recommend buying your atleisure wear here amongst other knickknacks for wellness.
Support this local business that opened in the pandemic. Great product lines with an expert in wellness. Truly authentic experience.
The shop owner Leslie is incredibly helpful and makes shopping easy. Tons of great brands offered to fit any budget. Definitely a can't miss when you're in Mystic!
Fun, great feeling work out clothes to give you the extra inspiration to work out or just lounge looking good. I love this store.
