Our new subdivision, Kessler Ridge, in Lees Summit, Missouri has several Florence cluster mailboxes installed by the developer. They are (were) a dark chocolate color but the paint is fading badly and all the individual box stickers with the numbers are coming off and the numbers have faded so they are unreadable. These boxes have all been installed within the last 6 or 7 years. The company only warranties them for 5 years.
