Randy is a master with hardscape and is very creative, contributing new ideas for our landscape project. He worked tirelessly in unfavorable weather conditions (extreme rain) and we were very pleased with the work he did for us. Unfortunately, he never responded to our acceptance of his bid for the second phase of our project, despite the many attempts we made to contact him. We would give him 5 stars, except for the lack of communication. We're so disappointed that we never heard back from him.
Randy has done landscaping and irrigation for me and I am very happy with the results. He has an artistic eye and is very knowledgeable about plants and the best way to plant them. I highly recommend him. Karen Blanton Bainbridge Island, WA
I'm leaving this message here, because they came out to do a quote for me and said he would email me a quote. Almost a full week later never got a quote from him. Then I received a text from stating he was declining to do any services for us. To be honest with you I dont find this very professional.
After many disappointing experiences with landscapers, we have finally hit the gold mine! We actually briefly hesitated to write a review about Randy and Autem Landscaping because we selfishly thought that since we had to wait a few months for our initial project, if he has more positive reviews it will be impossible to book future projects with him! We couldn't be more pleased with the job Randy Autem did for our backyard. To just say he did a really great job would be such an understatement. 'Artisan Landscapers' I think is the best way to describe Randy and his crew. They really took our basic vision to the next level and beyond. The years of experience and eye for design they applied to every step in the process really turned our backyard into our own northwest paradise.
