Mrs. Carol who works admissions is ABSOLUTELY the sweetest lady. She was so calm, Patient and understanding.
PLEASE LEARN TO COMMUNICATE HOURS & CLOSURES… This place is maddening. I’m to the point I will gladly drive to another county for vital records than use Autauga County Health Department. 6 months ago, I took off work early to get a birth certificate. I arrived at 4:30 only to be told that “We need more than 30 minutes to process the paperwork and we close at 5:00 so you have to come back tomorrow.” They couldn’t even let me fill out the paperwork and pay to pick up the next day.
