Very professional. This appraiser is not influenced by real estate agents. I have been using this appraiser for over 15 years and have never had a problem with him. Professional, responsible and very honest.
RUN!!!!! This guy is horrible. I’ve been selling real estate for six years and have never met someone so bad. He wouldn’t even answer the phone after multiple attempts over a week. Until he finally just put us on block. Didn’t even use comparable homes.

Jorge aka George is the worst appraiser I have ever met in my business of real estate. He has no idea what goes on in the areas he appraises, only goes 90 days back, and uses actives as comps. Ridiculous appraiser. He valued a property 20k less than it's agreed price due to lack of knowledge of the area, and ridiculous comparison approach. He even asked me if there were security cameras outside??? Like that makes a difference to a price of a property. Ruined my deal, and as far as I am concerned shouldn't even be in this typ... read more
George is the worst, if you get them , ask to get someone else to do the work, he will screw up your deal, he under values and cant measure right.
