I needed to transfer the T V sound from the TV small speakers to the caravan roof speakers. Following a Service call to the office and speaking to Mick, he very quickly and easily guided me as to which bottoms to press on the radio. This shows what great after sales service you get from Auswide Caravans in Nowra. Thank you, Mick.
We had a problem with our brakes locking up and fortunately we were able to call into Auswide on our journey down the coast. Matilda walked me down to the service centre and had the clever Mick check out the problem. It was a short in the 12 pin plug. He fixed it straightaway and had us on our way. Great Service!!!!
** DECEPTIVE DEALER ** JUNK JUNK JUNK Be very very careful. Very helpful during the sale, quick to take your money, then boom you don't exist. Still waiting for Cath to call back after numerous attempts to contact her with the usual BS "Ill call back today" today was 3 weeks ago. Manager Joe is never available. SRC22F is full of defects and damage from new. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star . My new van was handed to me filthy, water leak under the bed, fault in one of the blinds, no door blind, fire extinguisher out of date and a reverse camera that doesn't work and registration commencing from prior to even looking at the van. On inspection of the van before we drove out the gate with now a warranty in tow it was noticed that the other big window (not the faulty screen window ) was missing its gas struts.
