Appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by this rental agency. They attempted to charge for light bulb replacements and other clear wear and tear as part of a bond claim. Even the VCAT president was perplexed by their claim. Thankfully, justice prevailed, but it's a stark reminder of their unethical practices. Avoid renting from them, avoid entrusting your property to them, and avoid doing business with them at all costs. Shameful.
