Paid for an expensive service, but my car came back with multiple faults – loose drive belt, leaking CV boot, and a cheap air filter despite being charged for a premium one. Took it back and they had my car ALL day, only to tell me 20 mins before pickup it wouldn’t be ready. Zero compensation, no care from staff, and I truly believe I was treated poorly because I’m a woman. Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs.
I was really impressed, not just by the level of service, but the honesty, friendliness and diligence and cost! I won't change mechanics in a hurry. Thank you!!
