Very disappointed with the service. I called Aussie Automotive today to book a car service, but the person I spoke to said they don’t do car services and then swore at me when they said I didn’t understand you. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional. I was only trying to make a simple booking, and no customer deserves to be spoken to that way.
Always made time for me, more of a personal friendship than a business relationship developed out of mutual respect. As far as workmanship goes, Paul and Tim have many years experience in early vehicles, and the latest equipment and technology. Best of both worlds. Take your car wherever you choose, but l rely on Austune.
