Tim has done a great job. Work well done, but the quote for the job has gone up overnight. By the time I got the the invoice it has gone up by $300 from the quote I have received on the phone. Peter has poor phone manners but not too bad in person.
Customer service hopeless nearly 3 years and still have not received call back about child restraint for truck
Very disappointed with the service. I called Aussie Automotive today to book a car service, but the person I spoke to said they don’t do car services and then swore at me when they said I didn’t understand you. I found this behaviour very rude and unprofessional. I was only trying to make a simple booking, and no customer deserves to be spoken to that way.
