Extremely disappointed with my experience with Austro Construction. In my dealings with this company, I felt there was poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. I asked multiple times for information and documentation but often didn’t get clear answers or timely replies. I personally found it difficult to use my own contractor and felt the process was restrictive and frustrating. My experience with Austro Construction has only been positive. They always get the job done. They are a passionate company that tries to work with the community. In Construction, obstacles happen. Austro is always up for the challenge to solve the set backs that may come up.
