This company has done an excellent job roofing my home. From tear down to re-roofing and clean up in between all team members have shown respect for my property and have taken all steps necessary to provide a new extremely durable roof. Any issue I had along the way was addressed quickly and professionally. I would use them again on another property, if needed.
Austro Construction, has been extremely professional in the work that they have been doing with the 40 year restoration project. We have been residents at Omega Villas Condominium since 1985. When the construction began on our building, new Roofs, Gutters, removal of wood and applying Stucco and painting. The completed building looks fantastic! I am a home owner who lives in Omega Villas Condominium Associateion, Inc., Plantation, Florida. I have lived in this community for over 30 years. Last year Austro Construction, Inc. was hired by our Association to do major repairs for our 40 year inspection. This project included our roof, gutters, removal of rotted wood siding and windows. The team that has been assisting us in our new roof has been fast, courteous, accessible, and well trained in their field. If a problem arose it was taken care of in a straightforward manner. Since work completed our home feels more safe and is up to current code. We are happy they helped us and would use them again.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Austro Construction. In my dealings with this company, I felt there was poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. I asked multiple times for information and documentation but often didn’t get clear answers or timely replies. I personally found it difficult to use my own contractor and felt the process was restrictive and frustrating.
