I arrived for a ski weekend with my son. I literally walked into my room and was horrified. I didn’t even want to put my belongings down. I approached the owners asking for a refund. I had booked online and was told that there would be no way of refunding because I had purchased online. I was however, offered a ‘upgrade’ which I was told that I needed to pay an additional 50.$ for. I accepted the offer only because all of the other hotels were booked up. Extremely helpful with a last minute booking! Room a bit out dated. But perfect place to just lay your head for a ski trip.
Went up for the weekend for the turns. Stayed both nights, great service and care. I would recommend and come back to the Austrain Haus. Thank you.
