Slow in terms of communication. My friend has sent a follow up regarding to further discussion after she had a first phone call. Hasn't received for a week and they are telling that it is because of being extremely popular which won't be an excuse of not responding to an email for 5 business days and she has to send another follow up. I feel so bad to her and curious that if this type of business is actually real since she was genuinely excited. Writing on behalf of her because she doesn't want to share any details
Very friendly and professional organisation who take time to understand the individual and respond accordingly. I found them all to be sympathetic and knowledgeable.
Highly professional interactions and excellent knowledge of RCTs and clinical trials. They have a strong evidence based approach with friendly staff and a great research environment. Overall a very good experience, particularly if you are after academically rigorous, best practice approaches.
