A staff member here displayed the lowest level of hospitality to two gentleman in front of the hotel entrance. He came out avoiding eye contact, treating them awkwardly (scratching his head, looking around). With a defensive posture he says “oh are you some rude guys?”. That’s not how I’d expect to be treated at a Hyatt of all places, this property should display the highest level of hospitality.
