All staff were friendly. Our room was very nice; clean, cozy, comfortable bed and bathroom had a wonderful shower head. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! Hotel location was prime. Public parking lot was conveniently close (and free during off-season).
Austria Haus was perfect. Outstanding location and welcoming staff delighted my wife and I as we took in the beauty of Vail. Special thanks to Benjamin who was very gracious and welcoming. We will most certainly be back and highly recommend this delightful hotel.

This was a really beautiful place to stay and was a great place to end my trip through Colorado. The hotel property is beautiful, the breakfast was very good with excellent service. The hotel staff and check in process was amazing. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly.
