We recently went on our family vacation to Vail Colorado and stayed at the Austria Haus. From the moment of check in it was wonderful. We were treated like royalty. They loaded our luggage and took it to our room for us. The manager Paul is fantastic. He is kind, professional, and very responsive. We also loved Paula. She was so friendly just like we had known her for years. Paul and Paula would welcome us each day with their smiles! The staff knows alot about the area and is so helpful. Perfect location. Great atmosphere. Have been staying here for many years. Gladys at the front desk is amazing. She went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. Same with Katy in reservations department.
The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Front desk staff were very friendly and nice to talk to. The complementary breakfast was very bla. The staff parking your vehicle were very careless. Our Tahoe was returned to us with a dent in the driver door from them either hitting it into a wall or hitting another door into ours. Wasn’t happy about that. $60 a day parking and then $200 to get a dent fixed.
