We had a great stay at Austria Haus in Vail. The staff were excellent. Gladys and Paul at the front desk were super helpful and welcoming, and Richard and the team assisting with the car and luggage were great as well. They were very flexible with check-in and even let us keep our car parked for a bit after checkout since they had availability, which we really appreciated. We stayed at the Austria Haus in Vail from December 17–21 with my husband, baby, and brother, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but the Austria Haus made it feel effortless.
