Our second stay with Austria Haus for Oktoberfest 2025 in early September was an overall 3 star... our reservation (room) was less than we expected. The initial service (valet Bobby) was a 2... we unloaded and brought our own bags up, when the issues were brought to Paul he was wonderful about making things as right as he could... went the extra mile. We appreciate Paul's efforts!!! The valet service needs improvement. The front desk, concierge, & breakfast service was beyond reproach!!! Location is second to none.
A great place to stay
This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I have traveled a lot over the years and we love Austria Haus! The hotel is beautiful with a great location in Vail Village. Every detail is perfect and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Everyone was kind and accommodating! We’ll be back for sure! Can’t wait!
