Recently had a Roof Rack and UHF installed at Austrek Adventure Centre - TJM Mildura. - Roof rack installed backwards. - Plastic engine bay cover not put back on After UHF installed and bonnet lever damaged and unable to open bonnet. - Manager Shannon tried to pass the buck and avoid any responsibility and only "fixed" problems reluctantly. - The roof rack screws have since come undone and the rack is rattling loudly. Recently had a Roof Rack and UHF installed at Austrek Adventure Centre - TJM Mildura. - Bonnet plastic cover not put back on after UHF installed. No big deal. Everyone makes mistakes but then I shortly discovered that: - Rhino Roof rack was installed backwards (roof rack wind farings at rear of vehicle).
