Hired to do our yard on a new build. After all the rain this summer and water through our sprinkler system($1200 this summer) we have lots of patchy areas and just areas that didnt grow. Called all summer and fall with no follow up from them. I asked them to come overseed the areas mid summer and they said they would this fall. No one came. Finally talked to someone and they told me sorry, we have 1500 clients its hard to reply to everyone. I would caution anyone who is thinking about hiring this company. Don’t stand behind their work.
Have worked with them on multiple projects and even with numerous changes we made they were incredibly easy to work with, completed quality work, and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Over priced. I have retried to get them to repair work they did several times. Their last attempt was supposedly temporary. I had to have carpet/pad replaced due to their faulty work. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt, but I will never have them work for me again.
