I would not recommend using this service, especially for DVA-related matters. In my experience, the staff were unprofessional and rude. Despite repeated follow-ups, there were long delays with no clear communication. Eventually, they accused me of being rude and dropped my case altogether. It felt like they were more focused on making money than actually helping client. Also , please don't not near Dr Perkins from Veterans Health centre. You will be waiting for year for your one report.

If you're a veteran considering using AVHS (Australian Veterans Health Services) to lodge your DVA claims, I urge you to read this first. I highly recommend AVHS as a free service provider for DVA Medical claims for Veterans. The staff are amazing and know how to streamline your claims. 90% of my medical claims were approved using AVHS services. They also found extra claims hiding in my medical documents that I truly did not know you could claim, but I was suffering from. I would highly encourage Veterans to seek help from an organisation that understands the DVA process and doesn't steal your money at the end. They are here to support and help the veteran.
