Every one of my experiences with the staff at AVHS has been excellent. All staff are polite, caring, and have very high levels of empathy towards me. They call to confirm any outstanding issues or sometimes just to check in. The assistance I have been provided has been nothing short of exemplary and I have no reason not to recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with preparing claims with DVA. This group genuinely make me feel welcome and nothing is too hard for them.
A very positive experience. The nurse was professional and amazing. The Doctor was excellent and has a great understanding of the FAA and CASA medical processes. The admin staff were very helpful.
FAA class 1 medical. Excellent service from Lyndall and Carla. Dr Cronin very professional and thorough. Will be back again.
My husband Brett and I would sincerely like to thanks AVHS Springfield for all the help they provided us. The team went above and beyond to help us achieve our desired outcome. Chocolates and flowers don't seem like enough of a thanks for their dedicated work for all Veterans.
