I strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with this company, especially if you are located interstate. I purchased a parts and paid $1,700, but I never received the item and no refund was provided. Since then, they have stopped taking my calls and have made no genuine effort to resolve the matter. Despite requesting a refund, our claim was refused, and we were repeatedly messed around instead of being provided with a proper resolution. We were very disappointed with the way we were treated and the poor quality of the parts. Based on our experience, we recommend seeking an alternative supplier.
