I visited Chelcey after a referral from my GP (who is registered with the Australian Menopause Society). Chelcey was welcoming and instantly put me at ease, she went through all my blood test results with me and listened to all my symptoms, before developing a tailored plan for me based on my deficiencies. I felt really positive and happy leaving Chelcey, and confident in her experienced and expert hands.

I cannot recommend Chelcey highly enough! She is very professional and warm, asked plenty of questions, completed a thorough examination and was able to address my concerns and explain hair health in a way that was both supportive and calming & easy to understand. Going through hair loss/thinning in your 60's is a scary thing, however Chelcey was very supportive and suggested a few treatment options that would work best for my circumstances. 10/10 experience! I know hair is only hair... but it can make such a difference to how you feel about yourself. Chelcey is knowledgeable and warm, without being pushy (no fear language or upselling of specific product lines!). Chelcey is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to find a solution that works best for you. She caring in her approach and no scalp/hair issue is too big or too small. I highly recommend.
