Chelsea was a wonderful trichologist she was so empathetic and got to the bones of what my hair and scalp condition was really quickly. She armed me with a clear plan easy to follow and gave me a real sense of hope as losing my hair had left me unconfident and socially bereft. For the first time I had real hope something that my GP and dermatologist was unable to deliver.
saw David a couple of times and after all the blood tests, hormone tests and medication (and spending money!), he could not help me with my hair loss issue! Very disappointed!
Really pleased with the whole experience and the diagnosis.
