My experience with this firm was very poor. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt like I was being passed around from one staff member to another without clear answers. It left me feeling like no one was actually responsible for my account.
Most disorganised mob I’ve ever dealt with. Too many staff floating around and not one of them takes ownership of a single task. Simple tax lodgement turned into weeks of chasing. Absolutely hopeless and a complete waste of money.
I wouldn’t trust this lot with pocket change, let alone a business tax return. From the very beginning, everything was disorganised. Too many staff answering phones but none of them accountable for the actual work. They promise follow-ups and never deliver. The partners themselves seem to have no real grasp of Australian tax law, which is shocking for an accounting firm. Steer clear of this company. As per recent reviews, there has been a change in staff. My wife and I were dealing with Debbie for many years who was great. Debbie left the company halfway through completing our most recent returns. We tried to complete the returns with the staff we were handed over to, but the advice and service was terrible.
