Fantastic service from you guys. My control panel had failed on my LA SPA, had a local company come out to look at it with a view to repair it. I knew the original control panel was obsolete, the guy only want to sell me a $20,000 new spa, he wasn't interested in repairing it. 5 mins on the Google had me in contact with Spa World... one email later in which you responded within minutes too hard me ordering a replacement panel. Bought an old house build in the 70s. I could not identify the spa and had no idea how to replace the jets and where to get replacements. Google Lens did not help either. Luckily I found Australia Spa Parts web site and took them up on the offer to identify the totally disintegrating jets (photos). Not only did the identify the jets, they also had replacement parts in stock. Great service! Will use the again if I'm still around in 30 years and need to relace them again :-).
Shocking customer service when you order a part that is misleading online and your ring up to return it and you get abused. I ended up throwing it in the bin. Not worth trying to return it.
Needed to replace some jets in a Stylus Spa bath and found Australian Spa Parts online with a fact sheet and instructions to replace the jets. Asked a question online prior to ordering and they responded very quickly and confirmed the exact replacement jets I needed. Ordered and arrived the next day which was very helpful, installed the new jets and now fully operational again . My wife is very happy to have her spa bath back in proper operation. A great small business with outstanding customer service. Thank you 🙏
