Clinic in VIC is closed permanently? Once I paid for aligners they do not answer phones anymore to book an appointment.
Never the one to complain. But I've been quite angry about having my one appointment cancelled and rescheduled 3 times. I get it that there will be times of short staff but I have paid for a service. You should be able to work with the times that suit your clients, not make the clients work for you. I do need to work and take absence as well, but there was no sympathy in that aspect when a phone calls were made to cancel my appointment, one after another!
I had the best experience with Dr Paul and the team at ASC Hawthorn. My treatment was so well planned and explained. The ability to monitor remotely with dental monitoring scan box was a huge advantage. All costs included no surprises. I was a full case with cross bite and crowding. My results are fantastic! I had some composite bonding done by Dr Paul to fix some previously worn teeth at the end of my treatment. So so happy!! Highly recommend.
