I went into the clinic to book an appointment, I was told I could book an appointment in 6 days time which I did. The next day when I went past and another employee said that the girl yesterday was wrong and I had to use a product for two weeks before booking in. If I had known this information I would have never booked in or purchased the treatments. They refused to refund me even though it had been less than 24hrs since purchasing and it was their employee who gave me the wrong information. Terrible customer service.

I randomly popped in here after a year of ‘inactivity’ (typical male) and Georgia without hesitation said ‘Heath, right?’😳😳😳😳. Ridiculous memory. Georgia also did my treatment. (A1 job by the way) Great on the tools, even greater on the front counter. Already booked back in. 🤙✔️
I turn up for a facial appointment that I made 6 weeks ago only to be told they must have ‘lost’ the appointment when they changed over systems and they can’t fit me in. It seems to be a known problem and other customers have also been inconvenienced but oh well … come back next week and they’ll throw in some free LED in. No thanks
Had a treatment today the girls were so lovely and professional talked me through everything so I understood and I got a absolute bargain package with the sale going on my skin is looking the best it ever has shining like a baby’s bottom would highly recommend Australian skin clinics Warringah mall
