I had a disappointing experience. Previously the clinic agreed to price match for me, which is why I booked again. However, after my treatment I was told they don’t offer price matching anymore. This should have been communicated before the appointment. Also, the staff member spoke to me in a very cold and rushed manner, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can improve communication with clients in the future.
I came and saw the nurse Naomi for filler and she was absolutely amazing! She did my lips perfectly and I’m so happy with the result! She was gentle and professional.
