Very happy with my aesthetic treatment what was done by Naomi! I have had some not great experiences before which I explained to Naomi in my consultation and she guided me through everything and gave me a plan of what we should do giving me all the information that was needed. Went back for my follow up and again was giving all the information if I was happy which I am extremely! I highly recommended Naomi and I will definitely be returning to see her when I am due again!

She has a great manner and technique, which made me feel very comfortable during the treatment and also gave me confidence about the results. I went into the clinic to book an appointment, I was told I could book an appointment in 6 days time which I did. The next day when I went past and another employee said that the girl yesterday was wrong and I had to use a product for two weeks before booking in. If I had known this information I would have never booked in or purchased the treatments. They refused to refund me even though it had been less than 24hrs since purchasing and it was their employee who gave me the wrong information. Terrible customer service.
