I spent $1k on laser hair reduction for my husband, and after 6 sessions he has more hair than before. I don’t understand how this is even possible but they said “it can happen sometimes.” Taking zero responsibility for their ineffective service and suggesting we buy more sessions to see results. Which they cannot guarantee! I’m so upset, this was such a waste of money and time, I feel scammed.

The treatments felt standardised and not tailored to personal needs. I received incomplete services, constant upsell attempts, and my concerns were dismissed. I was denied a review, my prepaid sessions were terminated and sent home. After 5 months of trying get my money back, I’ve raised my case with Fair Trading now. (No value for money)
