Really poor service
Absolutely disgusting customer service, take your money and go to Pacific Fair; you’ll be treated humanly (and get far better and consistent treatments) Management has changed recently, along with all of the staff. In the process, dozens of disgruntled customers are all requesting refunds for sub par treatments and horrendously rude customer service. We very rarely leave these negative style reviews, but both my wife and I are absolutely amazed that this franchised branch is still in business with this level of ineptitude.
