Their products was make my skin breakout, which they have to cancel my appointment. On my first day start, i never have told that i have to send an email to check my skin before my treatment. I was unhappy with how i have to cancel my whole day plan to do my skin and turns out i not even get it done just because of how their products make me breakout. Very unprofessional and poor customer care.
Gift along with the other Therapists at my local Australian Skin Clinics branch (Parramatta) have looked after me over the years. I really appreciate that they advise me treatment options that is suitable and safe for my skin type and tone. There are times that I have to rebook my sessions due to being busy or having acne flare-ups, but they have always remained patient with me. They also offer me discounts on treatment, which is very helpful for my wallet. I am very grateful for their service.
