I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I paid for a full package of laser sessions and had one session left. I missed one appointment and called to reschedule, and the staff gave me another appointment without mentioning any issues. I have been a loyal customer of this store since 2020, and have seen it change ownership several times. Sadly, the current service is deeply disappointing. A week ago, I booked a treatment for today that I had already fully prepaid. When I arrived on time, I was told I could not receive the service because the treatment had been discontinued.
