Really happy with my experience at Australian Skin Clinics Parramatta. I had both SylfirmX and Lumixa treatments with Alex and she was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process comfortable and easy. She explained everything clearly and took her time with both treatments. Very happy with the results for my acne scarring and skin redness which has improved significantly. Would definitely recommend Alex.
I chose Australian Skin Clinics Parramatta based on their good reviews and purchased a package of 7 laser hair removal sessions. Unfortunately, during my 6th session in November 2025, I experienced significant laser burns on both arms, which were painful and left visible marks. This was especially upsetting as I was travelling overseas for an important family occasion just three days later. Initially, I had a different therapist for almost every session, which I didn’t mind as everything was going well.
