I had a wonderful experience at Australian Skin Clinics North Lakes! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. A special mention to Athena, who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and showed genuine care and expertise. Athena is such a great professional — knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend her and the team for anyone looking for quality skincare treatments!
TL;DR: Ineffective, rushed, and lacking thoroughness 😔. I have found the laser treatment here to be quite ineffective, which ultimately means more sessions, more money, and more time spent. The sessions also feel very rushed and not detailed enough, which comes across as careless. One thing I noticed is that the laser treatment here is completely painless (pain level 0).
