I was so skeptical about going to another clinic than my original laser clinic but because its closer to my house so i ended up chosing it! Handled by one and only MIMI is amazing experience. Very lovely and hospitable, my laser process wasnt as painful as before and she handled everything smoothly, very fast and efficient. Will definitely comeback! I have just moved from Queensland and regularly got LED and skin treatments so naturally I have commenced my search down in NSW for the same treatments. I booked online at this clinic for LED for a 1:30 appointment. I arrived at 1:25 and was told to take a seat, within minutes of sitting I was then asked if I booked online. I said yes, and it was then explained to me that when people book online for LED it can double book the machine. I’m very happy with the service provided by the clinicians—professional and caring. However, the clinic has been extremely difficult to contact for bookings. I visited in person and waited for around 15 minutes, but there was no one at the front desk, so I had to leave. I've also tried calling multiple times with no response. It’s quite frustrating and makes it hard to access the care I need. I hope the management can improve communication and front desk availability—it would make a big difference for patients.
