This is going to be a bit long, but it’s honestly worth writing… I booked an appointment at Aus Skin Clinic Emporium and didn’t expect to meet someone so kind and genuine, but that’s exactly what I experienced with Sara. I went in for my usual appointment and she took me in. She was uncomfortable, weird, and made me very uncomfortable for a personal laser session on my bikini. I don’t know why she was so horrible, there was nothing wrong, just simply treated me very unprofessional and poorly to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even go through with the appointment & felt best to leave. I usually always go to QV, and have been for many years, I’d definitely recommend… but maybe not emporium.

11/10 at Aus Skin Clinics - Ashy was lovely and extremely knowledgeable, she ran me through what was going to happen and the results to expect - needless to say, very very happy with the outcome and will be back 100%

I have had my laser treatments and couple skin treatments with Trisha and she is amazing. I like how she is so focused at what she does and she is lovely to be around!

I have nothing but good things to say about ASC at Emporium. There's never any hard selling and the therapists are always very honest with what treatments will not work for your skin which I'm very appreciative about. I've had laser, cosmetics procedures and microneedling and all experiences have been 10/10.
