very rude and poor communication. No advance communication of process. The girls was very during consultation.

I was told I needed to buy the gel and exfoliater after my laser appointment, paid 130 dollars for two products whom I haven’t noticed any effect from, I also asked for a refund when I found out later that the products wasn’t included, but they were not able to refund. Disappointed that they advertise the products as something I need to buy instead of asking if its something I would like to add.
