Had my laser done by Kim today and she was absolutely amazing! She’s so down to earth, easy to talk to, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. She did such a great job — definitely an asset to the company and someone who makes you want to come back!
Terrible service. Staff are unwilling to help, unkind, and rude. They even laugh at customers, which is completely unprofessional. Very unfriendly and at times they give wrong advice on treatments. Would not recommend this clinic. They can't even help you book an appointment on thr phone. Insist on having you book online!

I bought 6 sessions Brazilian laser hair removal package, check the name Trang Ha! might be easy to find out if you respond with “may i know the name you’ve bought/booked the session with us?!” or “we’ve look up but not seeing anyone name Miley!” Thanks!
