Should be zero star. Staff is rude, incompetent and just passing the time. Two girls 31st march 10am appointment time. 1 girl at reception was rude. 2nd girl cut my ear during shave and bleeding start. Incompetent. After session she said use lotion by yourself. Unbelievable. Should i sue her as my bleeding still not stopped. She deliberately did this as she was trying shave very quickly.
I’ve had such a great experience with Veronica at the clinic! I first saw her for fillers a few years ago and more recently she really went out of her way to help me with a stressful situation. She was incredibly understanding and flexible and handled everything with so much care and kindness. It honestly made a big difference and took a lot of stress off me. Veronica has such a warm, genuine energy and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’d highly recommend her to anyone, her customer service is amazing.

Fay is also incredibly friendly and lovely, which makes every appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend booking with Fay!
Fay is honestly the best! my beard looks so clean and sharp now. I actually enjoy my laser sessions thanks to her. Super friendly, professional, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Can’t recommend her enough
