Extremely disappointing experience. I was running just 10 minutes late to my appointment due to work—something that’s not uncommon. I received a call asking how far away I was and when I informed them that I was running behind, I was spoken to condescendingly with, “Well, the doctor is waiting for you,” before being told my appointment was cancelled and I was charged $100. The doctors are great and very thorough, I see them twice yearly and they are always on time and professional. Receptionists are polite and friendly. A big shout out to the amazing practice manager, I had a payment query that she walked me through and explained everything with such a positive tone, it’s rare for medical practice managers these days.
