Poor service - lack thereof actually. I had a booking for 12.15 pm to see a Dr Phil Keys. Reception rang at 12. 05 pm ( as I arrived at the Balgowlah Stocklands Centre) to advise Dr Keys was delayed 40 mins. Not the service one expects.
