I had a ct scan this morning . The service i received from Kim was so caring and he put a very nervous girl at ease . Thank you so much for helping me cope with the long health journey ahead of me . Kindness regards , Mary O Riordan.
Ultrasound tech had horrible bedside manner - asked why I bothered coming in and was very unfriendly. Made me feel like a burden
Receptionist mature lady condescending rude such an awful experience for client I was supporting , young receptionist was lovely
Clean facility, close to home and easy to find. It's amazing to have a local radiologist that bulk bills! Especially in our current living crisis. The receptionists were welcoming and polite. They were very accommodating in helping me get a last minute appointment. Kimberley who did my scan was lovely, gentle and professional. I had a great first experience here and I will certainly be back for future appointments. 😊
