I have recently visited the clinic at Brighton a few times and to whom it may concern I’d like to pass on my feedback. Ebony is compassionate, helpful and takes the time to explain everything to the patient. She is an asset to your company.
Friendly reception people. However, ultrasound technician was not accommodating at all. No patient clinician rapport. Hopefully she can improve how she treats her patients.
Went to Brighton Site for a CTscan, but my doctor had got her wires crossed and ordered a scan which is only available for 50- to 70-year-olds. I am 77, so I was quite anxious as the scan really was needed urgently. My efforts to get this fixed via my phone call to the Doctor's rooms had failed completely. They either forgot or ignored my request. The Ultrasound lady has no mannerisms
